Open Positions

  • You will assess the fertilization needs of customer properties.

    You will act as the hands on applicator of fertilizer for customer properties.

    You will be responsible for maintaining a fertilization supplies inventory.

    Preference given to those who currently or have previously held a TDA license or have fertilization experience.

  • You will assess irrigation systems for repairs and maintenance needs.

    You will act as the hands on lead for new irrigation system installation.

    You will be responsible for ordering and maintaining an irrigation supplies inventory.

    Preference given to those who currently or have previously held an ITL, LI, or BPAT license or have previous experience maintaining, designing, or repairing irrigation systems.

  • You will be part of a 2-3 person Team responsible for maintaining a client’s outdoor property.

    Outdoor maintenance includes: mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, pruning, and fertilization.

    Additional maintenance may include: the cleaning of beds, replanting of beds, collection of deadfall, and the gathering of leaves or other debris.

    Additional related landscaping maintenance projects should be expected.

  • You will be part of a 2-3 person Team responsible for installing outdoor landscape features.

    Outdoor installation begins with the preparation of the landscape by removing debris such as: rock, leveling ground, or other pre-existing obstructions.

    Features to be installed include: trees, shrubs, beds, irrigation systems, masonry, walkways, walkway edging, retaining walls, and other similar enhancements.

    You will also use heavy machinery.

    Additional related landscape installation projects should be expected.

  • You will lead a 2-3 person crew for either the Installation or Maintenance Team.

    As the Team leader, you will be responsible for guiding and directing fellow Team members through the projects for each day.

    You will also ensure each day’s projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner while also keeping track of Team member work hours.

  • Delivery Drivers are responsible for loading and unload landscaping materials using appropriate equipment, such as loaders, skid steers, or forklifts.

    Additionally, drivers will operate a dump truck, roll off truck, and other heavy equipment to transport materials to and from job sites/customer's property.

    Drivers also communicate with dispatchers and other Team Members to coordinate delivery schedules and address issues as they arise.

    Finally, drivers maintain their own records for pre-trip and post-trip inspections, record of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
